Move Fast On Any Terrain

What system steps up to allow you to move fast on any terrain?

The somatosensory system.

To maintain speed and reduce injury on any terrain you face, the somatosensory system needs to be fast.

Take 30 seconds today to train your somatosensory system. All it takes is standing on one foot. Try to keep your balance for 15 seconds on each side. You will feel the muscles around your ankle activating and wobbling your foot around to keep that balance. That’s your somatosensory system at work! Providing these micro adjustments to keep your balance and positioning.

If you can’t make it to 15 seconds without losing your balance, just try again tomorrow. See if you keep your balance for a second longer each day. This is trainable.

If you made 15 seconds easily, great! Try to do it every day for the next two weeks.

Because this is just the start of what this system is capable of.
