I truly believe every tactical team in the country should be doing it. Z.C. SWAT
“The other guy that has been doing it daily with me has noticed an improvement in both his CQB and also his jiu-jitsu” Z.C. SWAT
“The guys have said they feel like they are shooting better (which they are) and from the catwalk I can see a difference in the Shoothouse on their threshold assessments, they have a much smoother approach and a lot less stutter stepping.” Z.C. SWAT
“Since starting the Breacher Up program, my draw-to-shot time has improved, and I’ve shaved tenths of a second off my baseline on drills I’ve been doing for years. I also stopped having motion sickness on the chairlift when snowboarding.” W.T. SWAT
I’ve been blown away by the feedback I’ve been getting regarding the program. I am continuously impressed by the leadership and creativity of you all in advocating for your Teams and how you implement these strategies to elevate readiness and lethality.
Breacher Up Phase II is available, and Phase III will be published soon. Additional programs are coming as well.
I’ve published over 100 articles on my website breaking down the importance of training the sensorimotor systems, particularly in those with repeated subconcussive blast exposures. I strongly believe in the value of this training, but I’m not a tactical professional.
I am a one woman show who works on this on my nights and weekends. But I am committed to doing what it takes to provide the education and training strategies that not only keep our tactical professionals in the fight but elevate capabilities to the highest possible level.
